Natalia Gałczyńska embarked that beautiful and modern ship (M/s “K.I.Gałczyński”) in January, 1965 with clearly visible funk of the beginner sailor. She sailed through seas and oceans to the ports of South America.

Surely, she didn't realize at all, that this great trip will change her life forever.

A voyage to Japan and China was her second expedition. She described it in letters sent to her daughter, Kira. Although, this time she sailed on the different vessel, “Broniewski”, “her” ship is constantly present in those letters.
